Upon receipt and review of your form we will email you with access information. You will have access to our site no later than the opening bell the next market day.
1. I understand and agree that: CoveredCall.Com is an information service provided by Online Investment Services, LP., which does not provide recommendations to buy or sell stocks, stock options, or any other security or investment; Online Investment Services, LP. the providers of CoveredCall.Com is not a stock broker or investment advisor. All stocks and stock options listed at CoveredCall.Com are for informational and evaluative purposes only; and Online Investment Services, LP. reserves the right to change, alter or modify the information being presented at CoveredCall.Com at any time for any reason.
2. I understand that the information provided by CoveredCall.Com is believed by Online Investment Services, LP. to be accurate, however, I also understand and agree that Online Investment Services, LP. does not warrant the accuracy nor does Online Investment Services, LP. make any claims or guarantees to its accuracy. I understand the risks of trading in the stock and options markets. I understand and agree that the information should only be used as a research tool and that I should always discuss and/or review my trading strategies with my stock broker or other professional. I understand and agree that I am being granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license that my be revoked at any time.
3. Online Investment Services, LP. shall not be responsible or subject to liability for the truth, accuracy, or otherwise for the information provided in the CoveredCall.Com service or for errors, mistakes, or omissions therein or for any delays or interruptions of the CoveredCall.Com service from or for whatever cause. You agree to indemnify, release, defend, and hold harmless Online Investment Services, LP., its members, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Online Investment Services, LP. Indemnitees") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, causes of actions, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, court costs and attorneys' fees) ("Losses") asserted against, resulting from, imposed upon or incurred by any of the Online Investment Services, LP. Indemnitees as a result of, or arising out of this agreement and/or your use of the CoveredCall.Com service. You further agree that in no event shall Double A Venture,
LLC. ever be liable for Losses or otherwise to you for an amount more than your paid subscription fees, and you hereby agree to such liability cap. This Terms of Access agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, except provisions of that law referring governance or construction to the laws of another jurisdiction. Any action arising out of this agreement or the rights and duties of the parties arising out of this agreement may be brought, if at all, only in the courts of the State of Texas for Harris County or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and not in any other court and tribunal. I agree this paragraph constitutes a conspicuous legend.
4. I understand that the first 2 weeks are free! I authorize Online Investment Services, LP. to automatically charge my credit card $29.95 a month thereafter until this agreement is canceled by either party at any time for any reason by providing the other party notice in writing (for example, by fax, mail or e-mail). The subscription period begins on the day the 2 week free trial ends and runs for 30 consecutive days. I also agree that no monthly pro rata refunds will be provided. Notwithstanding anything else herein, the terms of paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of the Terms of Access shall survive cancellation. In the event the monthly fee is ever increased, Online Investment Services, LP. shall provide at least 30 days prior notice. In the event sales, use or other taxes are ever determined to be due, I agree that I am responsible for paying any sales, use or such other taxes that may be imposed at any time whatsoever on this transaction. Texas residents agree to pay sales tax of 8.25%.
5. I agree that the information provided is propietary information and shall be kept secret.
It is soley for my use and my immediate family, and shall not be distributed in any manner
without the prior written consent of Online Investment Services, LP.
